Thank you for being part of the TASDA world.
The present Sales Conditions together with the Rules of use of the web www.tasdashop.com  will regulate expressly the relation of purchase and sale between tasdashop.com and the USER of the web who acquires articles of the brand TASDA in the domain tasdashop.com (from now on called the COSTUMER).
The purchase of Products of the brand TASDA through its web page, entails the express acceptance without reservations of any kind, of each one of the present Sales Conditions. The acceptance by the CUSTOMER of these conditions is regulated by the on-line acceptance of these conditions by means of the procedure of clicking on the button provided for this purpose when making the purchase, in which “Pay safely” appears.
Any modification to these Conditions of Sale will be notified to the CUSTOMERS on the web tasdashop.com
TASDA PRODUCT
All TASDA creations are made with the highest quality. We create original, elegant and versatile pieces. We work with dedication to offer the best design, the best quality and durability in all our products. For this reason, TASDA studies and analyses all its materials and fabrics to offer a quality product without leaving aside a different and unique design of the brand.
PRODUCTS AVAILABILITY
The CUSTOMER is entitled to know the essential characteristics of the Products he wishes to purchase before placing an order. In this way, TASDA informs the CUSTOMER that the photographs and the descriptions of the Products on sale, are not contractual, being only illustrative, and do not compromise TASDA, who, taking into account the state of technology, does everything possible to ensure that the colours and shapes shown by the Products in the photographs exhibited on the Web are faithful to the originals, without avoiding variations in the colours and shades presented, due to technical limitations and depending on the monitor on which they are displayed.
All orders placed by the CUSTOMER are subject to the stock of the Product and its availability.
If the order is composed of a single article and it is not available, the CUSTOMER will be informed to the e-mail that had designated when registering on the web www.tasda.es and will be able to change his purchase and to replace the above-mentioned article for another available one in the online store of an equal or major amount to the initial one or to wait between 4-6 weeks to that the exhausting article is replaced.
If the order consists of several products and some of them can not be served, the customer may change your purchase and replace that article by another available at the online store of an equal or greater amount, or wait between 4-6 weeks to replenish the item sold out.
TASDA reserves the right to withdraw or modify any Product from the web at any time and/or it is content.
TASDA is not responsible for errors caused by the technical malfunction of the CUSTOMER internet connection service.
PRICES
All Product prices are expressed in Euros and include VAT. Also, you can change the currency for the US and also include VAT
The prices of the Products do not include shipping and delivery costs.
There are cases in which shipping is free and others in which this service must be paid. See the section SHIPPING + RETURNS
Once the CUSTOMER has selected the products he wishes to purchase and, before proceeding to pay for them, a final summary will be presented identifying the product/s purchased and their total price (Taxes and transport included).
TASDA will try that all the information about the price of the Products is accurate, but without guaranteeing the absolute absence of errors. In case of an error in the price of a Product, TASDA will send an e-mail to the CUSTOMER indicating the correct price of the product and requesting the confirmation of the order. In case the CUSTOMER does not confirm the purchase of the product at the correct price, the purchase of the mentioned Product will be considered cancelled. In the event that TASDA is unable to contact the CUSTOMER, the order will be considered cancelled.
The price of the products will be the one indicated on the web and can be modified by TASDA at any time. Changes in the price of the products will not affect the amount of the confirmed orders.
PURCHASING PROCEDURE
For the acquisition of products on the web www.tasda.es, there are 2 options: Buying without registering or creating a customer account.
To proceed with the purchase of Products, the CUSTOMER will access the online store where he must add the product he wishes to purchase by selecting it and adding it by clicking on the icon “Add to Cart”.
At the end of the purchase procedure, you will be asked to click on the button “Finish Shopping”, which will confirm your order.
Once the CUSTOMER has completed the entire purchase procedure, he will receive an e-mail acknowledging receipt of his order. In this way, the purchase contract entered into between TASDA and the CUSTOMER will be considered to be fully and duly executed at the moment the order has been paid by the CUSTOMER and confirmed by TASDA by means of an e-mail to the e-mail account designated by the CUSTOMER. The order confirmation email will be sent once the CUSTOMER has placed the order according to the purchase procedure indicated on the web. The CUSTOMER must immediately verify the content of the e-mail and, in case of any error or mistake, must immediately inform TASDA by e-mail to [email protected]
SECURE PAYMENT
The CUSTOMER can pay the orders and shipping costs by credit card (Visa and Mastercard), PayPal or Apple Pay
If the form of payment adopted is a credit card, it will be done through the Secure Shopping Stripe payment platform. This payment system complies with the secure e-commerce standards adopted by the international card brands Visa and MasterCard to guarantee the buyer’s ownership.
Through this system, for the CUSTOMER to be able to buy with his credit card it will be essential that the bank that issued the credit card accepts the payment through Secure Sell. Therefore, if you have problems with your purchase, please contact your bank. SHIPPING AND  RETURNS
We offer worldwide shipping.
Below are our Standard shipping rates that are fixed and calculated based on the average shipping cost for each product category. All products in their shipping category have similar dimensions, weight, and packaging.
We have standard shipping that can be free depends on the product, or we offer other ways for fast shipping that have another cost.

When will I receive my order?
It takes us between 3 and 7 business days to process an order, after which we will ship it to you. The shipping time depends on your location, but you can estimate it as follows:

International: 10-20 business days
Will I have to pay customs fees for my order?

I have received a wrong or damaged product. What do I do?
We are sorry if your product has arrived damaged. To solve it as soon as possible, email us to [email protected] within a week from the moment of delivery with photos of your damaged product, your order number and any other details you have about the order. We will contact you with a solution asap!

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
It is only possible to change an article for another of the equal or higher amount by paying the difference in price, within the first 15 days from the receipt of the article (during the Christmas period changes can be made until January 15). We do not refund the amount of purchases except in case of damage, although before sending an article is carefully reviewed to avoid such circumstances.
If you wish to return your purchase, please note that you have 15 days to do so and must follow the steps below:

2. We will email you with the instructions to follow.
3. If you do not wish to exchange the product for another one, please note that we will make a Store Credit (valid for 1 year), which you can use in our store whenever you wish and be used in your next purchase.
4. Items must be returned unused, unwashed, undamaged and in perfect condition.
5. All items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached and in perfect condition. Returned packages must include all bags, wrappers, boxes and certificates included in the original packaging.
6. You must email us with photos of the wrapped product and your shipping number, so we can track it.
7. We will notify you by email when we receive the returned package. Please allow 7-10 business days to process the Store Credit, once the package arrives at our warehouse. We will try to do this as soon as possible. Once your return is approved and processed, we will mail you a Store Credit from the store. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
We reserve the right to refuse a return if the products are not in good condition, have been used or altered in any way, or if the original labels are missing.
Note: All shipping costs for returning an item must be paid by the customer.
Returns of Defective Products

In the event that the product is defective or tare, it must:

TASDA will examine them by the Quality Department and confirm the existence of defects or faults in them.
You will receive an email with the steps to follow for the return of the product,
All items must be returned in their original packaging with all labels attached and in perfect condition. Returned packages must include all bags, wrappers, boxes and certificates included in the original packaging.
You must return the Product to us at the address indicated in the email.
You must email us with photos of the wrapped product and your shipping number so that we can track it.
The return or replacement of the defective Product will be made as soon as possible and, in any case, within 15 days from the date, TASDA has sent an e-mail to The CUSTOMER with the confirmation of the return or replacement of the Product.
In the event that the Product cannot be replaced by an identical one, (per product sold out) the amount paid will be fully reimbursed to the CLIENT, including courier costs. Refunds will be made by bank transfer to the account provided by The CUSTOMER to TASDA.
FINAL SALE
All sale items are FINAL SALE. We are unable to process returns or exchanges.
