What payment methods do you accept?

We accept most major credit cards, Apple Pay (on Safari Mobile & Safari Mac), and PayPal. We are working on accepting alternative payment methods in the near future.

Will have to pay Duties and TAXES on my order?

Depending of your destination country.

You may be required to pay duties an taxes on your order. This is determined and applied by your local customs. Any additional duties, foreign taxes or other fees must be paid by the customer.

If you have other questions we advice you to get in touch to your local customs office for further information duties and taxes.

What Currancy can I pay in?

Your are currently shop in our international website. As you can see all our prices are in Euro or in US dollar.

Can I request an invoice for my purchase?

Yes of course!

When you make the purchase, you will be sent the purchase receipt for your order. If you want the invoice, send us an email to info@tasdashop.com or you can contact us through our contact form , requesting the invoice with the information you want, invoice it with the order number and we will send it to you by email.

I can't decide on my purchase. Do you have a Gift card?

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

International orders

We ship worldwide. Countries that TASDA ships to are: Germany, Austria, Belgium….

My order has not arrived, what can I do?

We prepare orders as quickly as possible.

We fulfill orders within 1-2 business days. If the order has been placed on Friday we will be sending it to you on Monday. You must keep in mind that the time period may vary depending on the country to which your order has been sent and that there may be a certain delay depending on customs control in your country or transportation. If so, write to us to investigate your request to find out what happened.

Track my order

Once your order is prepared and delivered to the transport company, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number and link so you can track your package.

Cancel my order

Keep in mind that we try to send you the order as soon as possible, our logistics team is in charge of preparing it as soon as possible, you can cancel it depending on the status of the order.

An item is missing from my order

If the delivery note shows that an item is missing, contact customer service 24 hours after receiving your package, indicating your order number, missing item and we will carry out the appropriate investigation.

Modify my order

Once you have placed your order you will not be able to modify it, you must wait for your order to arrive and make the return.

Personalized products cannot be modified or cancelled.

I have received my defective or broken product, what do I do?

If so we apologize! Our logistics and quality control team is responsible for sending the products in perfect condition, and we also send the products with their respective packaging so that they are not damaged during shipping.

Contact us within 24/48 hours once you have received the package with the following information: Order number, photograph or video of the damaged product and if you want a return or replacement of the product.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

I have placed an order but I no longer want it, can I return it?

You have 30 calendar days from the date of purchase to return it, otherwise you will not be able to return it. The items must be in perfect condition. Please note that personalized products CANNOT be returned.

Who pays the return costs?

Keep in mind that when purchasing a TASDA product you are not charged for shipping, so if you wish to return the product, the shipping costs will be borne by the buyer.

How long does the refund take?

Refunds are processed to the original payment method. The term of your refund must depend on each bank identity.

How to buy at TASDA Shop?

Our website is designed in the simplest way possible so that we can help you and make your purchase as easy as possible and make you feel that you are in a physical store. In the menu you can go to the categories you are looking for BAG, CLOTHING, ACCESSORIES, JEWELRY and there they have their subcategories which are for example RINGS, TOPS, or if you are looking for a specific bag WAIST PACKS for example and when you click you will see all the available products. The first products that appear are the last products we have released to the market if you like one you will have to click when ADD TO CART, if it is only a specific color it will appear in your cart automatically, if the product you want has several color variations, you will be able to choose your desired color click on it and It will automatically appear in your car.

To carry out the payment process you must click on the cart and click on Finish purchase or view cart, the products you selected appear there. The total amount of your purchase will appear, you must enter the billing and shipping information, you will also be shown the shipping costs if any.
